Why This Program Matters

Youth mental health is one of the most important challenges facing schools and communities today. Students are increasingly navigating academic pressures, social challenges, life transitions, and personal stressors that can impact their well-being.

By building mental health literacy early, students become better equipped to support themselves, contribute positively to their communities, and foster environments where conversations about mental health are informed, respectful, and stigma-free.
