SHSM Leadership Certification

The Leadership Skills Certification empowers students to develop the mindset, skills, and confidence needed to lead in school, work, and community settings. Students explore different leadership styles, learn how to motivate and support others, and develop practical strategies for teamwork, decision-making, and problem-solving.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this certification, students will be able to:

• Identify key characteristics and behaviours of effective leaders.

• Explore different leadership styles and when they are most effective.

• Demonstrate teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Develop strategies for leading with confidence, empathy, and accountability.

• Apply leadership principles to real-world school, workplace, and community scenarios.

• Dates: Flexible - now booking for 2026/27

• Session Cost: $850 flat rate (no student capacity limitations)

• Session Duration: 3 hours

• Session Timing: Morning or Afternoon

• Food: Lunch will NOT be provided
