Rice Cake Mixup

Our second snack of the month is a feature on rice cakes & the many, many ways we can enjoy them.


Message from chef

One of my favorites is pictured above - some PB, sliced banana, drizzled honey & cinnamon. If I have a few more minutes I will make some homemade jam (the one that goes with my pancakes in a previous post!) with blueberries and chia seeds, and slather that on as well. Rice cakes are a great sub for toast, especially when you want that PB&J sandwich or avocado toast experience!

I know this one is simple, but sometimes the best healthy snacks are the easiest to make, right?
