Below is a list of Evidence-Based resources our research team has put together for students attending the HeadsupCAN education program to cite for their Awareness Campaign: Breakout Session.

All of these resources provides have been vetted by a team of researchers to ensure the information is up-to-date and accurate. Students will be able to source information from these materials in an effort to create Peer-To-Peer Awareness content that they can distribute within their school and community.

Holland bloorview - Pediatrics Online Concussion Clinic

The Brain Injury rehab outpatient team serves clients (from 3 months up to 18 years) and families who require rehabilitation following an acquired brain injury and are recovering at home.

Concussion services offered include medical follow up, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and social work. Services are individualized and depend on your goals or priorities.
